At Emesthetics, we value your time and appreciate your respect for ours. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us time to fill the slot and serve other clients. If you cancel on the day of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. In the event of a no call/no show, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If your card is declined for a missed appointment, you will not be able to rebook until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
